There are several ways to meditate, from a very young age drawing and painting were ways of connecting with myself, finding peace and tranquility that did not exist in my outside world.
A therapy that helped me calm down and make more conscious and correct decisions.
Today I am an Emotional Intelligence coach, Mindfulness Coach and Hypnotherapist, I know that these moments are precious, with several original works, I will continue to paint, as they are the manifestation of my soul.
